Veiled Cham Cage

Veiled Cham Cage

This is my current set-up for my veileds (I know they should be in seperate cages, I'm working on it). I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for maintaining heat during the winter. It only dipped to 50 degrees today & I can't get the cage heat above 75degrees. Both my chams are glued to the branches/screen right under the light. (My heat source at the moment is a 75 Watt bulb. I ordered a 100W ceramic heater, but it was for my collard, & hasn't arrived yet).
I'll also take critiques of the set-up as a whole. I'm always looking to improve...
Thanks!

You can buy a 250 watt ceramic heat fixture with reflector dome at your local feed and seed/tractor supply. The one I'm using for my cage cost me $7, and that was many years ago. They call them brooder lamps, for use with chickens and such.

Thanks AtelerixMel, I think I will have to invest in a few of those soon, both my chams' cage & my collard's cage have been getting pretty cool with the change in seasons.
As for the cage, I've since added a 4' tropical plant-on-wheels to my cham cage ensamble (I wheel the plant close to the cage & open the door). Both chams have ventured out onto it, and other furniture, tho today I caught my female eyeing my collard from the floor, have to work on keeping her in the air so the dogs can't eat her).

i would stay away from the ceramic heaters for a cham..i live in vancouver B.C. Canada so it gets fairly cold here in the winter time ..If i need more heat i just add anothe bulb . i use a 75 wat usualy but on certain days i add another 50 wat bulb and it always helps bring ambient temps up. At nite i use a 50 wat night bulb ..I have cheked my temps all threw the nigt a few times and it is pretty good ..Some people use different methods an it worx so i am not dissin ur set up just sharing my ideas...good luck m8.
