My Buddy "Flipper" - Neapolitano Amerita

I had the most exclusive and special pleasure of owning this sweet guy for the last 18 years of his life...my "old professor" as a friend had once described him. He not only had taught me to gain back my lost confidence and to ride again (after a 6 year absence due to an accident with a thoroughbred which nearly killed me), but subsequently two 8 year old girls. He was spirited in competitions but sweet as a lamb at home and around novice horse lovers, especially if they had a peppermint candy in their hand or pocket!! He just LOVED those peppermint candies!!! If even for a moment he thought he could hear you unwrapping one of those candies, he would start to lick his lips and paw at the ground!

He was one in a million and is and always will be missed sorely!!!
