Underside of tank topper with light

Quality looks great!! I know nothing of keeping what you plan on keeping in this enclosure, so I'll just put this out there as a simple freindly question... It looks like MDF or HDF even, but Did you seal the wood at all?? I'd hate to see my work get ruined by humidity or accidental water bowl spillage...

Thanks for the comment - it's 1/2" hardboard, I don't know what else it's called. Only the lid is made from this - the rest of the tank (sides and bottom) are a glass aquarium, so there should be no water in contact with it. Collareds are desert lizards, so humidity should be minimal!
