It is a xeric variant of
Hadrurus arizonensis pallidus.

very nice find.
and great coloring on this specimen.

it looks a bit different it is
typically found in dune systems with loose shifting sands. The dark-colored crescentic marking on the carapace and overall lighter coloration identifies this variant. This variant also tends to be more responsive and quicker than its cousin from more rocky habitats
