I found a spider that looks very similar to this one. The minor difference is that it is completely solid red on the bottom. What is this spider? It was in my home.

This is a species of Jumping Spider. I don't know what species exactly, but it's definitly a Jumper. You can tell because of the thicker forelegs and somewhat box-shaped head. Jumping spiders are harmless to humans, and are quite interesting to watch as they stalk thier prey, creeping close to it before pouncing from as far away as several times thier body length.

It looks like Eresus niger, but it lack the legs coloration.
