That's a nice Garden Spider there. One thing I'd like to point out to others looking at this pic: the insect this Spider has caught is NOT a Wasp or Bee, it's a type of Moth that Imitates Wasps & Bees to fool predators. I've seen these tricksters in my front yard garden. I believe they're related to Hummingbird Moths, as they never land to drink from flowers, but hover in front of them close enough to stick thier proboscis (feeding tube) into the flower.
